Hey! I'm Collette, a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a passion for teaching realistic approaches to disease prevention and management. My goal as a health professional is to decode current nutrition science and translate it into food-based steps we can all take to incorporate the vast health benefits found in foods, with a focus on real, whole foods and especially those that fight inflammation in the body.
I take a holistic, intuitive approach to nutrition and physical activity and believe that we all have specific individual needs for each of our unique bodies, lifestyles, and health history.
